Gripe

This isn't really photog related, but I just have to gripe!  I peeked out my window today, only to find not 1 or 2 or even 3 rabbits in my backyard.  There were 4!  As cute as they once were to us, we are tired of feeding this growing family, and can't afford to replace our flowers, or even the lawn, just for them.  We have burrows and holes, and mutilated plants all around our house now thanks to these little buggers:

So if anyone knows how to get rid of these things, humanely (I do live in town!), then I would love to hear it!  We have tried the deer urine, but that only attracted the flies (YUCK anyway!), and we tried the moth balls, but I think the bunnies ate those.  And when we tried the chili powder, they stood behind us and laughed.  I swear they are mutants and every deterrent is only making them stronger. . Help!
